Blendo Glassware was created by the West Virginia Glass Company located in Weston, West Virginia in the 1950s. The glassware would become popular in the 1950s and 1960s. Blendo's trademark is a thin gold band that encircles the top of each of their pieces. Their product demand gained a resurgence in the last 20 years after being highlighted in numerous television shows, such as 'Mad Men'.
